ii. We can accept payment from Unverified PayPal account ONLY for purchase of PayPal VCC.

iii. AlertPay must be Verified for purchase of PayPal VCC/Prepaid VCC with total price worth $10.00 or more.

iv. We strictly will not accept AlertPay payment funded by personal credit/debit card.

Return policy

You can purchase VCCs with confident because here we do not implement the "all sale made are final and not refundable" policy when dealing with clients. If the VCC you receive from us does not work example: declined on checkout page, we will send a new VCC as a replacement. If replacement does not solve the issue, a refund will be given.

Accessing the services

You may want t note that we are not a banking service and clients will not need to register with us to avail our service. Clients will not be granted access to online account and therefore cannot access the service, view the card details and available balance through our website. 

You are purchasing the VCC just like you purchase service online. We will send additional info, payment instructions and the virtual card details (after confirmed payment) all through emailing.
