What is Virtual Card?

How to access the service/product purchased?

Customers do not need to register for an account with us in order to avail our services and therefore, will not be able to access the service/product purchased through our website.

Once you have submitted the order form from our website, all procedure thereafter will be conducted through emailing. Ensure that you provide a valid email address when placing an order.

How to buy from us?

1) Submit the order form for service(s) you wish to order. Click the "Order Now" button to open up form.

2) Receive a reply from us via email (normally within few minutes) which will includes additional info and instruction.

3) Make the payment to our PayPal, AlertPay, Liberty Reserve or WebMoney accounts as per instruction stated on our email.

4) Receive the VCC within few hours up to 2 days depending on your preferred payment method. Up to 2 days for payment via PayPal and AlertPay. Within few hours up to 24 hours for payment via Liberty Reserve and WebMoney. Regular customer will be given more priority in terms of delivery.

Our return policy

We DO provide refund or replacement in case the VCC does not work or for order cancellation. This same also applies for other products/services we are offering.

However, please note that once you have used the product/service purchased, for example, you have successfully verified your PayPal account, the sale will be considered final and no more refund will be offered.

Also note that due to the nature of some products such as software license, we will not offer refunds once we have completed the delivery.
